Most Bikebus.net trips will leave Glasgow at around 8.30am (pickups may be available en-route) and return around 6.00pm. All prices are for pickup and drop off and include an introductory 1/2 hour guided ride.
Additional guiding/tuition and bike hire are also available##.

Terms & Conditions
Booking - To book a place you must be 18 years or over. If under 18 years bookings must be made by a parent/guardian and all persons under 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. To secure your booking a non refundable deposit of £10.00 is required either by cheque, PAYPAL or cash. Block bookings of 4 persons or more will require a non refundable deposit of £15.00 per person and must be received 1 week beforehand with the balance paid on the day. Bikebus.net reserve the right to cancel your reservation if the deposit is not paid on time. Bookings will be confirmed by email or post once deposit payment has been received. Payments must be made in pounds sterling.
Price - Prices on the website are per person, are in pounds sterling and are subject to change. Prices are for pickup and drop off and include an introductory 1/2 hour guided ride.
Cancellation/Amendments - We will always try our best to avoid cancelling a trip. In the event of circumstances that force us to cancel a trip (eg adverse weather conditions, illness) you will receive a full refund of any deposit or prepayment you have made. Bikebus.net reserve the right to amend a trip if circumstances dictate (eg adverse weather conditions, road closures) and in such cases no deposits or payments will be refunded. Bikebus.net are not liable for any additional expenses you incur through cancellation/amendments.
Insurance - We strongly recommend that you are adequately covered by your own travel insurance policy before joining a Bikebus.net trip. This cover should be comprehensive and cover you for the activities you will be involved in and also any cancellation made by you.
Limit of liability – Bikebus.net have a duty of care to its customers but are only liable up to the cost of your trip with us. We will not be responsible for damage and/or loss to your personal possessions. We are also not liable for any loss/damage/theft to bicycles or injury to you as a result of off road cycling or while in transit. We are also not liable for loss/damge/theft/ injury to your bike, possessions or self due to the actions of a third party.
Bike Hire - We organize bike hire through a third party. Bikebus.net accept no responsibility regarding any hire bike. Your agreement/contract is with the hirer.
Your responsibilities - You accept that mountain biking can be a hazardous activity and may involve elements of risk or discomfort. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you take personal responsibility for your own actions. Bikebus.net take no responsibility for damage, death or injury caused to you or by you as a result of participation. You must at all times ride within your own ability and always wear an approved safety helmet. Whether hired or belonging to you it is your responsibility to arrive with and keep your bike in safe working order and you must notify us of any defects as soon as possible. We reserve the right to stop you from participating if your bike is not in safe working order. You must be physically fit enough to participate in off road cycling. If you have to drop out of the trip you will be responsible for any travel arrangements or additional costs incurred. You agree to abide by the authority of the leader of the group and act in a reasonable way for the duration of your trip. We reserve the right to remove any person from a trip who's behaviour is deemed by the leader to be detrimental to the group, unsafe or adversely affecting the group's enjoyment. We will not be liable for any refund in these circumstances. You agree to arriving at all meeting points on time. You will personally be liable for any costs of catching up with the group if you are late.
Medical - It is your responsibility to ensure that you are sufficiently fit and adequately equipped to take part in off road cycling. You must tell us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking. If you are not in a suitable condition to complete a trip or are under the influence of drink or drugs the leader will ask you to leave the trip. We will not be liable for any extra expense incurred by this and you will not be able to claim a refund.
